Comes with 4-way wedge and 6-way wedge. The 4-way and 6-way are suitable for harder to split wood like Oak and Hickory.

5 inch Cylinder produces about 30 tons splitting force with 10 second cycle time.

24 inch stroke length

20 inch max diameter but under 16 is ideal

25 inch Stihl saw bar has a 22 inch max cut

Live deck is 5 foot with a triple chain drive, Also available with Log lift instead of Live Deck

Infeed trough is 10 foot long

Exit conveyor is 15 feet with paddles. It can be folded down for transport.

Wedges are hydraulic adjustable, and conveyor is height adjustable by electric winch.

Capable of 2-4 cords per hour with ideal wood per MFG. Our experience having sold many brands of splitters and processors is the MFG stated rates are theoretical rates. Real world processor rates are much lower than MFG stated max. Most processors in this price range can do .5 to 1 cord per hour in real world conditions.

Can't beat the price for a fully hydraulic firewood processor.

Note: This as well as any processor in this price range is designed for homeowner and rancher use. They are outstanding if doing 10-15 cords per year and looking to reduce labor. A commercial splitter combined with a commercial duty chainsaw is the best way to spend money on increasing output. Small processors like this are great for saving labor but nothing beats the output of a commercial duty splitter or conveyor. Commercial duty splitters will cost $10,000-$17,000 typically. The most affordable processors are going to be the Halverson units that run on skid steer which we also sell and they perform well. They range from $10,000-$23,000 and they have the performance of a $40,000-$60,000 processor at a reduced cost by using the skid steer to power the processor. We have commercial duty stand alone processors in the $40,000 to $100,000 price range from Timberwolf and Built Rite. All processors perform best with straight fairly knot free wood up to 16 inches. They can handle some knots and larger diameter logs but straight and under 16 inches is ideal. If most of your wood is large diameter, crooked and with knots a commercial duty splitter is ideal way to increase production. If you are able to select lots of fairly straight logs up to 16 inches a processor would work well for you.

The 2023 model has some improvements over 2022 model. Stihl brand Rollomatic Solid Saw Bar, Folding Exit Conveyor, Beefier wedge raise/lower beam, better pusher, reinforced split chamber and bigger tires 205/70R15 still recommended for only local low speed towing, not designed for highway speeds.
