Any purchase, rental, financing, service, or parts transaction is subject to final approval, documentation, payment, lender requirements when applicable, and written agreement between the customer and Chipper LLC Trailers and Equipment.
Financing programs, rates, payments, and approvals are not guaranteed and may vary based on lender review, credit profile, income, collateral, and other eligibility requirements.
Quotes, estimates, proposals, and order details are valid only for the time stated by our team and may change due to inventory availability, manufacturer changes, freight, parts costs, taxes, fees, or market conditions. A quote does not reserve inventory unless Chipper LLC Trailers and Equipment confirms the reservation in writing.
Deposits, down payments, and special-order payments may be required to hold inventory, begin an order, schedule work, or secure parts. Deposits may be non-refundable when inventory is held, ordered, customized, transported, or removed from active sale at the customer's request.
Payment must be completed in an accepted form before equipment, trailers, parts, titles, keys, documents, or completed work are released unless other arrangements are approved in writing. Returned payments, chargebacks, insufficient funds, unpaid balances, storage, collection costs, and related fees remain the customer's responsibility.
Final sale documents, invoices, bills of sale, rental agreements, finance contracts, warranty documents, and other signed paperwork control over website listings, verbal discussions, preliminary quotes, or promotional material.
Customers are responsible for confirming pickup or delivery arrangements, transport requirements, towing compatibility, insurance, licensing, permits, and safe operation before leaving our location or accepting delivery. Delivery dates and completion times are estimates unless confirmed otherwise in writing.
Items not picked up within the agreed timeframe may be subject to storage charges, rescheduling, release of reserved inventory, or other remedies allowed by law and the applicable agreement.
Customers should inspect trailers, equipment, parts, accessories, and completed service work before accepting delivery or leaving our location. Once accepted, the customer is responsible for proper use, maintenance, registration, compliance, and safe transport of the purchased or serviced item.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled at the discretion of Chipper LLC Trailers and Equipment unless a written agreement or applicable law provides otherwise. Used items, installed parts, electrical components, special-order items, customized units, ordered inventory, freight charges, deposits, and completed service labor may be final sale or non-refundable.
Manufacturer warranties, component warranties, and third-party product warranties are provided by the applicable manufacturer or warranty provider and are subject to their requirements, exclusions, timelines, and approval processes. Chipper LLC Trailers and Equipment may assist with warranty questions when possible, but warranty decisions are generally controlled by the warranty provider.
Unless specifically stated in writing, used equipment, used trailers, trade-ins, consignment items, and clearance items may be sold as-is, with all faults, and without additional dealer warranty.
Service and repair estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection and may change if additional labor, parts, damage, wear, or hidden conditions are discovered. Approval may be required before additional work is completed.
Parts availability, compatibility, fitment, and lead times may vary. Customers are responsible for providing accurate year, make, model, VIN, serial number, measurements, photos, or other information needed to help identify the correct part or service.
Rental transactions, when offered, are subject to the applicable rental agreement, payment terms, deposits, insurance requirements, inspection requirements, use restrictions, late fees, damage responsibility, and return conditions. The customer is responsible for safe, lawful, and proper use of rented equipment during the rental period.
When you submit a contact form, finance inquiry, service request, search request, or other message, you agree to provide accurate information and authorize us to use that information to respond to your request.
You agree not to submit unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized content through this website.
